TRACEABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL
All devices are subject to precise and detailed monitoring from assembly through to the end of their service life: Client sheet, work history (servicing, repairs, etc.).
All production is subject to detailed traceability thanks to batch part numbering.
All shipments are strictly monitored from their departure from the factory until they are received.
All parts are subject to quality control before production in order to guarantee the constant quality of finished tools.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
INFACO has a very motivated, high-achieving design and research department set up at its headquarters.
Premises totally dedicated to research, development and quality were built in September 2005.
Several test benches are run there throughout the year to test all future improvements.
Industrial designers, quality controllers and engineers strive to sustain the recognized strengths of the company, i;e. "functionnal design, reliability and durability".
THE SECRET OF SUCCESS: PASSION
A passionate team, beginning with Daniel DELMAS who invented the electric pruning shears in 1984, continuously strives to improve the existing products as well as develop new hand held electric tools.
6 years of research were needed to finalize the latest electronic ELECTROCOUP F3015 pruning shears.
Passion underlies the action of the whole research and development team.
The pruning shears were tested in complete secrecy for three entire seasons in order to fully optimise their performance and reliability!
THE TECHNICAL SALES DEPARTMENT
An effective team of Technical sales people are continuously in the field to assist the global INFACO distribution network. The complete distribution network therefore has all the latest information about the brand products.
Training is continuously programmed to maintain the very high level of customer service provided by the operational technicians at all INFACO official dealers.
Present at the different events such as trade shows, demonstration days, client visits, etc., the Commercial department is the direct link with the customer/user. It also directly feeds back the information collected. Customer/user feedbacks on various improvements, or ideas for new products are systematically sent to the relevant departments (Design office, Administration, Senior management, etc.)
